# Salesforce Plugin Freezing

I am attempting to activate/open the SalesForce plugin and it just sits at the Loading screen forever.  
  
I know in other OpenSource projects, this indicates rights many times.  
  
Can someone advise where to look to get past this. All the other CRM type plugins open a dialog and begin the configuration dialog.

Environment: Mautic 2.7.0 (Bitnami Image) runningn on Amazon t2.micro instance.
