# Same form, different display when submitted

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to ask for some help.
I have a site that I have attached some forms two - the issue is that I have attached the same form in two locations. Everything is exactly the same, however once a message has been sent, the two forms display the page differently.
[http://sequentialnetworks.co.uk/](http://sequentialnetworks.co.uk/) on the right hand side, there is a sticky menu, the two forms are under “Request a Quote” and “More Info”
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!

The only difference I can see is that you’ve got the portal login link within the same
as the form in the More Info one. Why this would change how it’s displayed I don’t know, but it is in the space where the thank you text appears in the Request a Quote one, so maybe something weird’s going on there.
