# Save custom plugin form data into database

Hi  
  
Recently i have made one custom plugin, it display form with “First Name” & “Last Name”.  
  
Here is my plugin [https://github.com/vishal-px/Mautic-Simple-Plugin](https://github.com/vishal-px/Mautic-Simple-Plugin)  
  
Now i need to save that form data into database.  
  
  
  
So can you provide me any easy guide or reference plugin.
