# Search emails by category

Hi now when we updated to Mautic 2.0 we are no longer able to search by category in the email view.  
  
Instead it shows Segment/Theme Filter in the search box. Is this feature removed?

I am also not able to filter categories. In “?” help it is mentioned:  
category:{category alias}

If I type:

- category:mycategoryalias
- category: mycategoryalias
- category:{mycategoryalias}

Always there are no matches. Maybe anyone can help. Thanks.
