# Second form on preference page again not working?

My Mautic version is: 3.2.5

**Your problem**  
My problem is: I try to add another form to the custom preference page (for unsubscribe all). However… the second form (custom form) will not be displayed in production (only on preview page).

Is this a regression? Are you successfully using another form on a preference page?
