# Segment Filters Don't work

Hi,  
  
  
  
I have created 3 new segments in which I want to filter the existing contacts based on their points. But the segment is not filtering the contacts at all. E:G:  
  
I used the filter in Segment  
  
Chose the Points filter  
  
Point – Equals – to 4  
  
But contacts which have 4 as their points, do not filter in this segment. It is just empty.  
  
I tried to test using a specific email id as the filter, it still doesn’t work.  
  
  
  
Where am I going wrong? Or is there a problem which I am unaware of?

Hi,

What is your mautic version ?  
Where you install mautic?  
Your mautic self hosted or cloud?  
Have you set up cron jobs ?
