# Segment not comes with old contacts in new campaign

I make a segment in this segment add 2 contacts and this segment added to a campaign. after that we add this same segment in different campaign but we don’t show these 2 contacts in this campaign if we add new contacts they show in this campaign.  
any one help me out of this.
