My problem is:

after using mautic 5.2.1 i face this issue the number does not updated even i create my cron job related to update sgment

Hey there

Can you provide some more context and information.

If you look in Configuration/System/Info log you will see some logs over there that can help debugg the issue.

Also depending on how you have configured your webserver and which one you are using you should also have weblogs that might shed some more light.
