# Send button is not working properly

Good afternoon,
I created a contact form and put an email welcome to customers. I added a message “thank you” by clicking the “Send” button.
I copied and pasted the code manually, but when I click on the HTML form “Send” button is with the message “Please wait …” and nothing happens.
When testing the form in “Preview”, it works normally.
Could you help me please?
