# Send files in Mautic from a form through campaigns

I have a question. I want to send an attachment through an email campaign, but I want it to be one obtained from a form.  
That is, the person fills out the form and uploads an attachment. After that, the campaign executes with that information and sends an email with a summary of the information the person submitted. However, I want to be able to attach the file they uploaded.  
Is there any way to do this?
