Okay My wife signed up a bit ago and still hasn’t received her email. So something still isn’t set properly I don’t know what it could be? ---

Please delete her from the database first and then ask her to signup again. ---

She was deleted and she signed up again and now she doesn’t even show up in the contact list. She also never received an email. Now I don’t know what is happening. ---

I am wondering if I can send someone a private email with my admin log in information for my mautic site and Thrive Leads site, to help me and check to see if I have set everything correctly? That would be very helpful. ---

John, to be honest, I am a little bit lost here. I don’t know how everything is setup, what does not work, what worked and not does not work any more and what actually works. I think your Mautic installation needs a fundamental review and testing - if not a re-install which might make things easier. Please drop me a line at [pl@leadarbeit.de](mailto:pl@leadarbeit.de) if you are interested. I think it is more efficient to clear things up person-to-person instead of using the forum.
