Does Mautic have an in-built way to send an email every week, preferrable via the Campaign module?

I’d like to find a way to send an “Upcoming Events” email that gets sent, for example, every Friday.

Use “Jump to event” action with a 7 day waiting and jump to your upcoming events email sending action.
You can also combine this with RSS, there are tutorials for that.
