Hi guys, basically need some assistance with sending an email. Installed via CPanel and added Cron Jobs. Have created my lists, categories and email templates but only get the option to ‘send example’? Thanks ---

Ok, I know what’s causing it. Maybe you noticed when you create a new email that you have to choose from 2 options: 1. Template Email - can be sent from a campaign or standalone form actions. 2. List Email - can be send as a mass newsletter to a Lead List. You probably created the Template Email. If you want it to be the List Email, clone it and it will let you select it. ---

Awesome, that did the trick! Thanks for the prompt assistance. Is there a way to edit the sent message or would clone be the best way? ---

When a List Email has been sent already, the edit option is turned off because it is considered to be in the past. If you edit it the email text it won’t change in the emails which were already sent. If you want to edit it and send it to another lead list, use the clone action. ---
