Hi Chad, It does not work even when we used Email function, I clicked Send, and the system said that the mail has been sent, there are statistics as it has been sent, but the recipients do not receive anything. ---

I’m not Chad, sorry for that. Only advice I can think of is; have you checked the spam folder? If you send the test email from Mautic’s configuration, does it arrive to your mailbox? ---
