# Sent bubble not showing the correct number

Is there a reason the “sent” stats would be wrong on an email? This email was sent to around 14,000 people but it seems to only be counting some of them. The correct sent amount is shown on the graph when you click into the email. This just started happening on new emails I setup in the last week or so. Past emails have shown the correct stats.
P.S. this isn’t an “upgrade” problem but this new forum system didn’t give me an option for any other categories but Support/Install/Upgrade.

I have seen this and experienced it in the past as well, what version of Mautic are you running?
Was this a segment send, that got stuck and restarted ?

i was running 4.4.4 at the time of those mailings but I have upgraded to 4.4.9 now.
