# Serious client got rejected for AWS SES

In the past we never had any issues with helping SME B2B clients getting out of sandbox and into production with AWS SES. This time a client got rejected two times, although we described in detail how we professionally handle opt-in and bounce processing. The client has no earlier history with AWS in regards to SES.
I just hope, “Mautic” or “Marketing Automation” doesn’t trigger any negative reaction with AWS?
What are your experiences lately? Positiv and negativ ones? Did you get approved / rejected by AWS SES?

Hi,
It used to be really hard, but because only people asked me for help who failed before. I have only positive experience lately. There is always a weird case, where the client is not passing the sniff test.
Besides our own Postal based email infrastructure we also use Amazon SES for our clients at Friendly.
