# Server error 500 during instalation

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 3.3.3  
My PHP version is: 7.4  
My Database type and version is: **MariaDB 10.5**

**Your problem**  
My problem is: I have filled in all the database fields correctly, and when trying to go to the next step, I get a 500 server error. What could this be caused? It seems I’m doing everything right and the server is working fine.

These errors are showing in the log: **500** Internal Server Error

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:

- older version of database
- change password of database
- change database driver
- change location of mautic folder on FTP

I found this in logs:
