# Server Error after few hours

Hi,
I have just created my instance and was trying to discover Mautic for few hours, suddenly everything seemed to be stopped and I’m not able to access my instance ([yaquoti.mautic.com](http://yaquoti.mautic.com))
The Error message:
Error: Server Error
The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request.
Please try again in 30 seconds.

This might be a problem with [Mautic.com](http://Mautic.com)’s service; I’d recommend sending them a message and seeing what kind of response they provide. It might be server related rather than Mautic related.
