# Server problem? mysql?

Hi guys,  
  
  
  
Today at 11:25 am EST, I was setting up my emails and sundendly mautic stop working. I got this screen. [http://prntscr.com/61efp5](http://prntscr.com/61efp5)  
  
  
  
The message was : “Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: Could not connect to MySQL”  
  
  
  
I think is important that you know this.

Hi!

Thanks for the report. We had a short server spike and caused our database server to restart. Everything should be back now! Sorry for the inconvenience. 🙂
