# Service Unavailable plugin vtiger mautic 2.10

I recently installed Mautic 2.10
I tried to connect to vtiger but it does not work send the following message
Service Unavailable
The server is temporaryy unable to service your request, due to downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Additionally, at 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while attempting to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
The web address of the popup window where it shows the error is:
[https://mkt.mydomain.com/plugins/integrations/authcallback/vtiger](https://mkt.mydomain.com/plugins/integrations/authcallback/vtiger)
After the error no longer leaves the vtiger plugin set up, by clicking only it remains showing Loading …
And it no longer shows the configuration window.
I have searched the directory in the directory and does not exist.
I have already done the installation twice and I still have the same problem.
The installation in my hosting is by softaculous.
How is this problem resolved?
