_My PHP version is_ :7.4  
_My MySQL/MariaDB version is_ (delete as applicable): MySQL 5.7

**Updating/Installing Errors**  
Hi. I have a problem installing Mautic. I uploaded the data to the server on a subdomain. I’ve already spoken to the hoster’s support actually all the requirements are met. However, Mautic cannot be reached. Error message: The site is currently offline due to encountering an error. If the problem persists, please contact the system administrator.  
System administrators, check server logs for errors.
