# Site can't be reached after installation

I have installed the mautic on [http://email.mindchemist.com/mautic](http://email.mindchemist.com/mautic) via **Softaculous App Installer**.  
  
After installation is completed I have clicked on the login link but the MAUTIC login didn’t appear.  
  
Please help me to resolve the issue.  
  
It says’’  
  
  
  
This site can’t be reached  
  
[email.mindchemist.com](http://email.mindchemist.com)’s server DNS address could not be found

Sounds like you are using cpanel… you sure you have a DNS record for the subdomain “email” in cPanel?

Sorry I haven’t used cPanel in a few years, bloated resource hog. But it looks like that subdomain doesn’t exist…
