# site is offline

Hi,  
  
  
  
I am trying to install mautic but when I go to my domain/installer I get this error  
  
The site is currently offline due to encountering an error. If the problem persists, please contact the system administrator.  
  
The .htaccess exists and mod\_rewrite is enabled  
  
plzz help
