# \[SOLVED\] Forms Not Submitting - .js Changes Did Not Work

Started tinkering with a self hosted Mautic about 2 months ago - ran into the submit button hanging on “please wait…”  
  
  
  
Decided to give it another go the other day - new install, latest version (2.11.0) and ran into the same thing…  
  
  
  
Found the chnages for the two js files, tried that - didn’t work…  
  
  
  
Regenerated forms cache - still no joy…  
  
  
  
Cleared the app cache with /app/console cache:clear and the forms work!  
  
  
  
Replaced the 2 js files with the originals - cleared app cache, rebuilt forms again - forms still work!  
  
  
  
(I already use ssl so I figured the js mods were unnecessary)  
  
  
  
So now it’s time to set up the 37 cron jobs, add tracking code and start building a campaign
