**Your software** My Mautic version is: 2.16 My PHP version is: PHP (7.2.34-21) My Database type and version is: MySQL (10.5.10-MariaDB) Nginx version: NGINX (1.18.0 ) **Your problem** My problem is: When I try to log in, the browser blinks and doesn’t show the panel. It sticks on the login form. I also tried to log in using 3 different browsers. Tried to use the anonymous mode. None of those actions worked 😕 Any idea how to solve this? Thanks for all your help in advance. ---

line 3 of my local.php file looks like this ‘db\_driver’ =\> ‘pdo\_mysql’, Keep in mind support for Mautic 2.16 ended quite a while ago. I can review my files and settings to help troubleshoot the best I can but we will likely create as many problems and we solve. Have you considered upgrading to Mautic 3.X ? ---

No problem! I think you are making the right move. Mautic 3x is light years ahead of 2x and 4x is right around the corner. I have a 4x beta instance with 50+ million contacts and it runs flawlessly. 5 installs of 3.3.x with 5-10 million contacts and they run flawlessly as well. @evandropastor 6 mautic installs and 8 medium wordpress installs with moderate traffic. 2 x AMD EPYC 7282 - 2 Processors x 16 x 2.80 GHz 256 GB REG ECC 1.9 TB NVMe SSD + 1TB SSD for backups. This is overkill as I am terrible at tuning Mariadb. Someone smarter than me could probably run this on a much smaller machine depending on the number of segments, campaigns, and email operations. Overall the machine hovers at 15%-25% CPU utilization and 25%-50% Memory looking at the last 30 days. CRON timing mistakes will create problems and pruning the audit\_log is imperative for my purposes. ---
