# Some beginner questions

Hello,  
  
  
  
I’ve just installed Mautic and now doing my best to make it work for my needs.  
  
  
  
In short, I have an affiliate site. Let’s say it’s laid out like this (completely made up this structure):  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
**CarsBlog**  
  
  
  
**MuscleCars**  
  
_Holden_  
  
_Ford_  
  
_Chevrolet_  
  
  
  
**SportsCars**  
  
_Ferrari_  
  
_Bugatti_  
  
_Mercedes_  
  
  
  
**HybridCars**  
  
_SolarPowered_  
  
_Electric_  
  
  
  
**VintageCars**  
  
_SprintCars_

1. If a user lands on a page about sports cars, in particular Ferrari, how do I go about segregating them into my Ferrari sports car list if they decide to do an email opt in?  
  
  
2. Apart from automatically putting them in the appropriate list, is there a way to automatically tag them with additional information?  
  
  
3. If so, how is this information kept organized and where would it be stored (mautic or my email provider let’s say mailchimp)?

If you are using mailchimp and your email provider, what do you need mautic for? The things you want to do can be easily achieved by sending them directly to mailchimp.
