# Sometimes delay to show the form

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 4.4.10  
My PHP version is: 8.0.30  
My Database type and version is: 10.6

Sometimes i have up to 5 seconds delay until the forms is shown.

I use the cpx 21 Cloud Server

Additional Idea: Is it possible to show a progress bar during the form is loading?

Here is the server info of Hetzner: 10 minutes ago, one of my laptops took about 20 seconds to load the form. i think the server is ok. But maybe that is a internet issue on my side becaus i’m working with LTE and the roller shutters were still closed. Now with open roller shutters it works well.

If anything can do to check or optimize the perfomance of Mautic, i’m thankful for your tips.

Additional info: The browser displays at the bottom the status message: TLS Handshake…  
He is waiting for this Handshake.  
Who caused the delay?

It seems the problem was at [hetzner.com](http://hetzner.com) (where i have my cloud server)  
Now it works in high speed
