# Sparkpost bounced email handling

Hi I am using self hosted and trying to intergrate Sparkpost ().  
  
Sending emails is fine, but I am having trouble at the webhook. I have followed your docs [](https://mautic.org/docs/en/emails/bounce_management.html#sparkpost-webhook) and [](https://innotiom.com/mautic-sparkpost-setup/) but neither get me ‘success’ when I try to save, with and without CORS active (ref inmotion setting)
