# Stuck with 2.4

Hi,  
  
  
  
I was unable to do upgrade for 2.4. I reinstalled using Softaculous on a new subdomain.  
  
I face following issues using mautic:

- Hosted mautic is bit slow despite on a VPS-5 server.  
- I refreshed while editing a form and now forms section keeps loading but does not load full . The colour bar changes up and keeps working.  
- The process of bulk import of contacts is too slow.
