# Suddenly, today I found the contact info couldn't be viewed

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 3.3.3  
My PHP version is:7.4  
My Database type and version is: MariaDB, latest version  
My Browser: Firefox, Chrome

**Your problem**  
My problem is:

A bug happened!  
I have used Mautic for 3 months.  
Amazing platform! really amazing, full-featured and FOSS. Unbelievable!!  
But … Suddenly, today I found the contact info couldn’t be viewed.(I didn’t modify anything since yesterday)

When I clicked the link in the contacts list, the response is:

[https://mydomain/s/contacts/view/xxxxx?\_=1629474917045&mauticUserLastActive=2408&mauticLastNotificationId=](https://mydomain/s/contacts/view/xxxxx?_=1629474917045&mauticUserLastActive=2408&mauticLastNotificationId=)

Status500  
Internal Server Error  
VersionHTTP/1.0  
Transferred230 B (0 B size)  
Referrer Policystrict-origin-when-cross-origin

But not able to reproduce everywhere.  
If we click the link from the contacts list without filter condition, it’s reproduced,  
If we go from the browser address bar, it’s reproduced as well.  
If we cancel editing the contact info, it’s reproduced(we expected the page moves to the contact info page, but the edit page didn’t change)  
If we click the link from the contacts list with filter condition, it’s NOT reproduced,  
If we click the link from the forms list, it’s NOT reproduced.

Clearing the cache didn’t solve the problem.

Please help me solve this weird issue.

These errors are showing in the log:  
My log has had problems since the first day I got started with Mautic.  
Always not working fine.

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:  
I plan to use 4.0rc with the existing DB.  
Is the DB layout of 4.0rc different from 3.3.3’s?

I have found the reason.  
Because I switched http server 2 days ago, the local.php has some old settings that need to sync.  
After I align the local.php with the new http server, now the error disappeared.

Anyway, really appreciated Mautic. The best marketing tool!!

BTW, how to close this topic?
