I am new to mautic . i need some help in understanding how mautic works with other CRM’s and can we integrate SugarCRM in iframe view of mautic. I will be very thankful if someone guide me with any solution or help related to this Thanks

Mautic send the Contact/Leads to SuiteCRM/SugarCRM
Only ONE way
Mautic –\> SuiteCRM/SugarCRM
You only need to enable the Plugin in Mautic and follow the wizard.

I have Mautic 2.4 now and in the SugarCRM integration it has under ‘Features’ the option ‘Pull contacts from integration’. Don’t know what it will do and how it works. Do I need Cron jobs?

PULL Option don’t work that is a bug it not suppose to appear the only one have bi-directional integration at the moment (12/22/2016) are Salesforce CRM and Hubspot CRM
