# SugarCRM/SuiteCRM intergration is not working

We have installed Mautic V7.1.1 and are using PHP 8.3.

In the plugin, we are trying to connect using the SugarCRM plugin, but the integration is not working. The SugarCRM / SuiteCRM integration is failing and the connection cannot be established.

Even though, we select all the required fields in the Mautic Fields. We cannot save it.

Also, we can not view all fields. Since it shows `javascript:void(0)` when we hover over numbers in the bottom.
