Hi all, I’m trying to connect SuiteCRM with Mautic using the SugarCRM plugin (SuiteCRM is a fork of it), but there is something that doesn’t work. For example: not able to pull contacts and companies from SuiteCRM to Mautic or send activity to SuiteCRM. Is there someone who is using SuiteCRM with bidirectional features and how? Thanks in advance for sharing your support. ---

Do you set the cronjobs to pull from Suitecrm? ---

Yes, I use both these: mautic:integration:fetchleads --integration=Sugarcrm mautic:integration:fetchleads --fetch-all --integration=Sugarcrm And I always receive: Command to fetch contacts from integration Fetch contacts command is starting Fetching contacts… 0 contacts were updated and 0 contacts were created Fetching companies Fetch companies command is starting 0 companies were updated and 0 companies were created ---

SugarCRM/SuiteCRM integration unfortunately stopped working in 2.10 and later: [https://github.com/mautic/mautic/issues/4956](https://github.com/mautic/mautic/issues/4956) Please +1 on GitHub so that anyone from the project or release managers gets attention of it. ---

Hi community, I cannot sync SuitCRM with Mautic… It there a better free opensource CRM to integrate with Mautic?
