Hi, I’m new to SuiteCRM and to Mautic. I installed both in a test Bitnami appliance, and followed these steps to integrate the two: [https://www.mautic.org/community/index.php/100-suitecrm-and-bitrix-integrations/0](https://www.mautic.org/community/index.php/100-suitecrm-and-bitrix-integrations/0) Entering my SuiteCRM OAuth key in Mautic works fine, but then basically nothing happens. I don’t know exactly what to expect, but according to what I read there should be some basic integration going on, so I tried: - creating a lead in Mautic to see if it shows up in SuiteCRM, but it doesn’t; - creating a lead in SuiteCRM to see if it shows up in Mautic, but it doesn’t; - I don’t see any errors. Should I be looking at some log in the server? I would appreciate any help troubleshooting this, or even some basic education as to what I should have done instead… thank you! ---

SuiteCRM is not officially supported so it is hard to say what could be wrong. Yes, check the Mautic logs (app/logs folder) and server logs if there are any PHP errors. That could help us understand what’s wrong. I’m writing documentation for some CRM plugins. Thanks. With your documentation I was able to try pushing the lead from a Form, and it worked. (I think I saw a bug, though: my form didn’t have a last name, but I saw one appear in SuiteCRM, populated with a value from another lead I had created previously in Mautic). So, just a few questions to make me understand what’s going on: 1. Was a simple lead creation form the Mautic dashboard supposed to push that lead to the integration? 2. Is anything supposed to happen in the opposite direction, i.e., changing something in SuiteCRM and seeing it pushed into Mautic? 3. I have a ton of contacts in SuiteCRM that I want to use in campaigns. My current best option with Mautic is simply to export them from SuiteCRM into a CSV and then import in Mautic, right? 1. No, you have to configure a lead push action in one of 3 places which are defined in my docs. 2. No, a CRM to Mautic pushes are not working now. Even though it can be developed with the Mautic API. But it has to be done in the CRM’s side. 3. Yes ---

Hi @pgr i use SuiteCRM with Mautic so far good but you have to remember that right now is only works like this Mautic to SuiteCRM we are waiting in a future release have two ways interaction. ---
