# Sync not working on empty field

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is:

# v2.15.0

My PHP version is:

# PHP Version 7.1.33

**Your problem**  
My problem is:  
Date field not syncing when empty. It updates during sync when i send a value but does not update if the value is null.

These errors are showing in the log:  
no errors found

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:  
Deleted and recreated the custom field.
