# Test Connection successful, but fails to send

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: [**4.4.10**]  
My PHP version is: 7.4  
My Database type and version is: Mysql

**Your problem**  
After successful installation and set up with hostinger titan mail. I am still not able to send messages, it shows an error like this:

# Uh oh! I think I broke it. If I do it again, please report me to the system administrator!

#### **500** Internal Server Error

My problem is:

These errors are showing in the log:

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:  
I am using SMTP host: smtp.titan.email  
And Port: 587  
And TLS as the SMTP encryption type  
And these provided a valid connection and shows success, but i cannot send messages
