# The amount of unknow devices detected is quite high

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 4.4.10  
My PHP version is: 8.0  
My Database type and version is: percona

**Your problem**  
My problem is: When looking at the mail stats we noticed that the amount of unknows are really high. For all mails.

What could be the cause?
