# The contacts page is not being displayed

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 4.2.2  
My PHP version is: 7.4.29  
My Database type and version is: 10.6.7-MariaDB

**Your problem**  
My problem is: I can’t access the Mautic contacts page. When I click on Contacts, It is just looping and nothing else is displayed.

These errors are showing in the log:

Try emptying your cache folder and try contact again.
