Hello Mautic Community! A large number of our customers are requesting an integration with Mautic - it seems you have many raving fans! I’m writing this ticket because we are trying to integrate with Mautic and want to make sure we do the integration correctly. We are already 90% completed with the integration, however we are unsure how to handle instances where the refresh token expires. We have to make sure that we handle this case in such a way that our users don’t lose leads. Is there any chance that we could jump on a call with someone from Mautic for a few minutes so that our developers can ask a few questions about making the integration as rock solid as possible? Any help from your end would be greatly appreciated and certainly mutually beneficial. @g_wenc86 you generate the API key through Thrive dashboard \> API connections and not through Mautic ---

@g_wenc86 This video should help [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZEsoyLV39KI](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZEsoyLV39KI). The only thing is you have to choose OAuth2 instead of OAuth1 when you create the new API in Mautic. If you need further help let me know 🙂 ---

@g_wenc86 try to go to Configuration -\> API configuration and enable the API and the option should appear in sidebar. ---

@g_wenc86 I believe some plugin is having some issue with integration. The best try is to to Thrive Leads support to explain the situation and they could help. ---

@g_wenc86 Do you use Wordfence on your wordpress site? If so, put it into “Learning Mode” and that should fix the “please wait” hang 🙂 ---

@marogalli I wrote to them and they told me that it is a mautic problem (need to put ON API and I need to contact with them. I cannot make it ON because of this please wait hang. @conorseed I dont have Wordfence plugin. Any ideas or who I need to contact to fix this problem? ---
