**Your problem**
**My problem is:**

I want to track my Mautic campaigns through a third party tracker, in this case BeMob, but I can’t find the way.

I need the tokens of the parameters that I want to be passed to my tracker through the url, the most important one the email account of the user that has interactions with my products.

**Steps I have tried to fix the problem:**

The only thing I have found about it is this:

But adding those tokens in my tracker I get no results. The data appears, but empty.

Is there a way to do this? I’ve gone around the Mautic forums and Google and I can’t find anything that gives me a clue on how to do it.

Thank you.

PS: I have contacted the support of my tracker to ask the same question. I haven’t heard back yet, but the first thing they are going to tell me is that I need the tokens from the platform that handles the traffic to do so.
