# Tracking code, mautic for clients, right start.

Hello from Serbia!  
  
  
  
I have just opened a new account and i have a few questions:

1. Where do i find a tracking code for a website?  
2. Can someone explain to me, what is that dashboard about? I go there to create intances (those are dashboards for multiple sites/clients??)  
3. How do i create email workflow?  
  
  
  
Anyhow, if you could please tell me in your words, if i want to use Mautic for my ciients, where do i have to start and on what to pay atention on?

1. Tracking code details are in the documentation here:

2. Dashboards:

there are two: one is for mautic when you host or log into mautic. The second one is for [Mautic.com](http://Mautic.com)’s hosted dashboard.

1. Email workflow is done by campaigns. You can read about that here:

For using it for clients, if you do self hosted its probably easiest to keep leads segmented by installing multiple instances. If you use the [Mautic.com](http://Mautic.com) service hosted, then just spin up new instances for each customer.
