# Tracking data before being a Contact

Hello,  
  
  
  
is it possible to track data (such as a custom field) of a user before having him as a contact in Mautic?  
  
  
  
For example:  
  
  
  
I want to know if a user has clicked the “Accept” button of my terms and conditions before he is a contact in Mautic. Can i have this information stored somewhere and the see it in the contact details custom attributes?

Hello,
