# Tracking issues v3.2.5

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: v3.2v5  
My PHP version is: 7.4.16  
My Database type and version is: mysql 5.7.34

**Your problem**  
My problem is:  
I just can have 1 event type wich is the mtracking.gif pagehit but not the other pages.  
I don’t think this comes from SSL encryption, so how could this be ?  
Any idea ? My non updated mautci setups are still working fine.  
I can see the ip of the visitor, but any pagehits data except mauticurl/mtracking.gif

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:  
Reinstalling the tracking code through GTM, directly in my website …
