# Trigger\_date for conditions not working

My Mautic version is: 4.2  
My PHP version is: 7.4  
My Database type and version is:

**Your problem**

i have a campaign (pictured below).  
When i start it, the ‘needs warmup’ seems to immediately evaluate, even though it is not time yet.

If i look in the ‘conditions’ tab in the campaign, i see

even though this time is not yet happened.

Is there a workaround? the action seems to obey the trigger date (e.g. the action fires after that time, but its firing incorrectly since the condition will have failed for some users).
