# Twilio Callback stopped working

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 5.0.3  
My PHP version is: 8.3.8  
My Database type and version is: phpmyadmin 5.2.1

**Your problem**  
Starting on 7/19/24 Mautic stopped receiving the Twilio Callback. It was working perfectly before that date.

My callback URL is: [https://xxx.mydomain.com/sms/twilio/callback](https://xxx.mydomain.com/sms/twilio/callback)

These errors are showing in the log:  
Flow Event = Timeout

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:

- Contacted host (EasWrk) to see if there was an issue, no issues could be found on their end.
- Increased timeout in Studio flow to 3 seconds

Yet situation still persists.
