# Twitter / Facebook fields - and how do I get all fields filled?

Social Media - Mautic Question:
I can’t find it but, I’ve setup the social media plugins in Mautic.
With some contacts I’ve filled in the twitterid manually and yes I get their twitterfeed.
Alas the facebook feed on the other hand is not working.
Am I missing something?
And is there a quick way to fill in the twitterID’s and facebook id’s?
Also:
At this stage I only have the first name and mailaddresses of my contacts.
How do I get the other fields filled in? What is the best practice for that?
