# Unable to open an action again

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is:  
My PHP version is: 7.4.33  
My Database type and version is: 10.4.22-MariaDB-1:10.4.22+maria~stretch-log

My problem is, after starting my campaign (which is working well) i cant open the action with the trigger anymore. Its open a loading file and never close them. i close and open mautic several times.
