# Unable to open free cloud account

Hello, i’m trying to sign up for a free mautic cloud account for a friend of mine but i’m not able to register. I tried with 2 different emails but everytime i get this error by mail:

Error encountered while creating the account.
Please login to with the email and password you used to sign up with to deploy a new Mautic account.

i also tried to log in into mautic.net, delete the installation and add another one but it doesn't work ![:-(]( ":-(")
help me please!
