# Unable to register for Mautic Cloud (Free)

I tried to registered twice for the product as mentioned in title, but when I choose domain/password and click on “Let’s Get started”.  
  
It turns in “Please wait…” but doesn’t go further.  
  
  
  
I entered the registration flow from this page:
