# Unable to register for Mautic Cloud Free

Hi,
I tried to register several times for Mautic Cloud Free. After choosing domain/password and clicking on the “Let’s get started” this changes to “Please wait …” but doesn’t go further. I do not receive any error message visible on the browser (I tried with Chrome, Firefox and Safari).
From an analysis with Firebug I see that the server responds with this code:

I tried to enter several emails but the situation does not change. I also tried from different computers and in different networks but the situation is the same.
Any ideas? ![:-)]( ":-)")

Same problem - give it 5 minutes while you “please wait” and then try to login. It worked for me that way.
